Right of withdrawal
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. Orders placed via a B2B trade partner account (entrepreneurs) are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If the handover takes place by collection at a contract dealer, the period begins on the day of collection.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Due to the nature of the product (cargo bike, partially assembled or bulky), these costs may be higher; if the return is made by collection by us, the costs for this will be announced in advance.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. individual custom-made products), insofar as such are offered in individual cases.
